The complex's most distinctive accommodation: a 109 m² duplex on two floors with views over the Puerto Deportivo de Mogán. The ground floor brings together the living room, dining area, equipped kitchen and terrace; the first floor holds two bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom and the other with a separate bathroom); and the second floor opens onto a private sun terrace overlooking the plaza de Mogán, its canals and its bougainvillea.

Sizes range from 49 m² in the Standard Premium Apartment to 109 m² in the 2-Bedroom Duplex with Marina View, with an intermediate option of 69 m² in the 2-Bedroom Apartment.
What's the maximum capacity of the apartments?
It depends on the type: from 4 people in the Standard Premium Apartment up to 6 people (4 adults maximum) in the 2-Bedroom Apartment, and up to 6 adults in the 2-Bedroom Duplex with Marina View.
Have the apartments been refurbished?
Yes, the apartments have been recently refurbished and the bathrooms now have walk-in showers.
Do the apartments have sea or marina views?
Most apartments look out over gardens or the inner streets of the Pequeña Venecia. The exception is the 2-Bedroom Duplex with Marina View, designed precisely to enjoy views over the Puerto Deportivo de Mogán from its own private sundeck.
