Accessibility statement
At LIVVO Hotel Group, we work to ensure that anyone can use our website, regardless of their abilities or the technology they use.
This statement applies to the LIVVO Hotel Group website. We are committed to making it accessible in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act) and its transposition into Spanish law, using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, as a technical reference.
Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Most criteria are met, although there are some specific exceptions detailed below, on which we continue to work.
Measures taken
Accessibility measures already implemented on the website include:
- Sufficient colour contrast between text and background (WCAG 1.4.3) and in interface elements, such as field borders and icons (1.4.11).
- Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator (2.1.1, 2.4.7).
- Skip-to-main-content link and a structure of landmarks and headings (2.4.1).
- Focus kept within modal windows and returned to the triggering element when they are closed (2.1.2, 2.4.3).
- Alternative text on informative images (1.1.1).
- Forms with associated labels and status messages announced to assistive technologies (1.3.1, 4.1.3).
- Content that adapts without loss of information when zooming in and on small screens (1.4.10).
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is not yet fully accessible:
- Booking engine: the booking process takes place through an external platform provided by a specialist supplier, whose accessibility does not depend directly on us. We are in contact with the supplier regarding its improvement.
- Interactive maps: the location maps rely on a third-party service. Essential location information (address and directions) is also available in text form.
- Testing with assistive technologies: full testing with screen readers (such as NVDA or VoiceOver) is ongoing, so some adjustments may still be pending.
